Our traditional baking techniques allows us to create cakes with a heavenly soft and light biscuit. The cakes are filled with our homemade butter cream filling and fresh fruit. All our Ganache and biscuit are made with the delicious Belgian chocolate Callebaut.

Cookie Flavours
Heavenly cookies are made with quality products only, like real farmhouse butter, vanilla sticks, farmhouse eggs. The purest products are the base of our delicious cookies. The butter cookies are rolled out by hand and cut out. Baked according to traditions dating back 7 generations!
They are then topped with a very thin layer of apricot jelly covered with delicious fondant.

Every day Kim & Gerrit treat us to their freshly baked cupcakes & mini cupcakes, available in the store in Bruges (Belgium). The cupcakes are made with quality products only, like real farmhouse butter, vanilla sticks, farmhouse eggs and off course the delicious Belgian chocolate “Callebaut”.
