Our traditional baking techniques allows us to create cakes with a heavenly soft and light biscuit. The cakes are filled with our homemade butter cream filling and fresh fruit. All our Ganache and biscuit are made with the delicious Belgian chocolate Callebaut.

Heavenly cookies are made with quality products only, like real farmhouse butter, vanilla sticks, farmhouse eggs. The purest products are the base of our delicious cookies. The butter cookies are rolled out by hand and cut out. Baked according to 7 generation tradition.
They are then topped with a very thin layer of apricot jelly covered with delicious fondant.
